The 120 mm Protective Bellows for Cylinders protects the cylinder rod and its seals from all aggressive external agents (dust, mud, gravel, oil splashes, humidity), thereby extending the service life of the hydraulic or pneumatic assembly. This bellows is designed for intensive use, typical of lifting and handling equipment: Diameter 120 mm: It is suitable for standard industrial size cylinders, in particular the cylinders fitted to our PLAT'FIX units. Made of resistant polymer, it offers excellent mechanical resistance (tearing, abrasion) and good resistance to extreme temperatures and chemicals commonly found in garages and construction sites (oils, greases, solvents). Secure fastening: The bellows are fitted with a steel collar (or flange) at each end. This rigid and durable assembly ensures a firm and reliable fastening to the cylinder body and rod head, preventing any slippage or dislodgement during the compression/extension cycle. Replace as soon as signs of wear are visible.
